TECHNICAL-COMMERCIAL ALIGNMENT
The production process begins with the analysis of the feasibility of requests that come from the market.
Once a request has been accepted and the costs and execution times defined, a price and time of delivery of the products are proposed to the client. In the case of products whose consumption is cyclical, after the first supply, it will be possible to bypass the phase of feasibility analysis and move forward to the phase of economic-logistic alignment, communicating any variations with respect to previous supplies.
Once a proposal has been accepted by the client, the sales order is added to the system, therefore generating a work order and the immediate beginning of production.
